Life Membership Program |
Participation in our Life Membership Program helps the Conklin Center provide high quality services. All funds are invested as part of the Center's endowment. Only the interest earned is used.
The program has five levels:

Initial Life Membership is achieved by a donation of $100.00. For this donation, you will receive a certificate and a plate on a wall plaque within the Center along with a lapel crown pin (without any stones). New Contributing Life Membership is achieved by a donation of $250.00 or when the total life membership donations reach this level. For this donation, you will receive a certificate along with a lapel crown pin (with two simulated diamond stones). Your name will also be added to the list of Life Members on this web site. Perpetual Life Membership is achieved by a donation of $1,000.00 or when the total life membership donations reach this level.
