Robert Kelly-President/CEO

Robert Kelly is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor who has more than 35 years of experience in direct service and administration of services for people who are blind and visually impaired. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Florida Lions Conklin Center for the Blind in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Lori McMullim, APR-Development Director

Lori McMullin, APR, joined Conklin Center for the Blind in March 2016. McMullin is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of fund-raising, marketing and public relations strategies to secure revenue and resources for the organization


Carolyn McGahan-Director, Adult Programs

Carolyn McGahan, C.V.R.T., Director of Adult Programs, has instructional duties in the Department of Activities of Daily Living. Carolyn reports directly to the Executive Director of the Center, and also works closely with the Program Manager for Vocational Services and other managers to coordinate students' RT programs with their other activities at the Center.


Stacey Mayernik-Manager, Children's Services

Stacey Mayernik, M.Ed Under direct supervision of the Executive Director, the Program Manager for Early Intervention provides support services to blind children and their families. Responsible for managing the early intervention and six-plus programs.

Trish Smith-Orientation & Mobility Supervisor

Tricia Smith, C.O.M.S., The Supervisor for Orientation and Mobility (O&M) reports to Director of Adult Programs for Rehabilitation Teaching Services. Trish works closely with the Program Manager of Vocational Services, the other supervisors, instructional staff and coaches to coordinate client orientation and mobility needs and requests within the Conklin Center’s Adult Services, Supported Employment, and Supported Living Programs.

Angie Ferguson-Supported Living Supervisor

Angie Ferguson has worked for the Conklin Center for 33 years. In addition to her supervisory responsibilities, Angie maintains and provides support to a caseload of Supported Living clients, serves as an advocate on behalf of consumers and helps coordinate services and supports that assist individuals with disabilities to maintain their independence and live in a home of their choice.


Mark Lawson-Supported Employment Supervisor

Mark Lawson, conducts participant intake reviews for Supported Employment, conducts relevant job site evaluations, develops excellent community relations with employers, and serves as liaison/advocate between employers and consumers. Provides guidance and support to all Employment Specialists that assist participants in locating and maintaining employment.

Annerose Elliott-Comptroller

Annerose Elliot's responsibilities include full-charge fiscal management and related activities of the Conklin Center. She prepares a variety of complex accounting reports, statements and tabulations.

Ima Ikon Jackson-Dormitory Supervisor

Ima Ikon Jackson, the Supervisor of the Dormitory is also an Instructor in the Activities of Daily Living Department. Ima provides instruction to Conklin Center students in the areas of Personal Management, Home Management, Fitness, and Recreation, and also supervises several Instructional Aides and Dormitory Instructors.
