Life Membership Program

Participation in our Life Membership Program helps the Conklin Center provide high quality services. You can now choose how you would like us to use your donation.
       (1) Operating Fund - Your contribution will be applied directly to serving our students.
       (2) Life Membership Endowment - Your contribution will be invested in a perpetual trust where only the earnings are used.

	Amethyst Life Membership is achieved by a donation of $100.00. For this donation, you will receive a certificate and a plate on a wall plaque within the Center along with a lapel pin (there is currently a pin design contest going on to change the pin). Your name will also be added to the list of Life Members on this web site. List of Amethyst Life Members.
	Opal Life Membership is achieved by a donation of $250.00 or when the total life membership donations reach this level. For this donation, you will receive a certificate along with a lapel pin (there is currently a pin design contest going on to change the pin). Your name will also be added to the list of Life Members on this web site. List of Opal Life Members.
	Sapphire Life Membership is achieved by a donation of $500.00 or when the total life membership donations reach this level. For this donation, you will receive a certificate along with a lapel pin (there is currently a pin design contest going on to change the pin). 	Diamond Life Membership is achieved by a donation of $1,000.00 or when the total life membership donations reach this level. For this donation, you will receive a certificate and a plate on a wall plaque within the Center along with a lapel pin (there is currently a pin design contest going on to change the pin). Your name will also be added to the list of Perpetual Life Members on this web site.* List of Diamond Life Members.
	Ruby Life Membership is achieved by a donation of $2,000.00 or when the total life membership donations reach this level. For this donation, you will receive a certificate and a plate on a wall plaque within the Center along with a lapel pin (there is currently a pin design contest going on to change the pin). 	Emerald Life Membership is achieved by a donation of $3,000.00 or when the total life membership donations reach this level. For this donation, you will receive a certificate, a plate on a wall plaque within the Center, and a presentation plaque along with a lapel pin (there is currently a pin design contest going on to change the pin).
