The President/CEO, with authority delegated by the Board of Directors, is responsible for the overall administration of the Center. S/he carries out the Center's program within the budget and in accordance with its established policies. The areas of the President/CEO's responsibilities include:  program planning,  policy execution,  fiscal control,  fund raising & communications,  personnel management,  service area relations, and  physical facilities.
